Historic centre or countryside? Choose between an 18th century palace Boutique Barocca, in the historical centre of Modica, with a terrace overlooking the town's lower and upper part, a wine cellar and a kitchen carved into the rock, or Villa Carmela, a countryside farmhouse based near Modica, now refurbished with en-suite rooms, a large pool and a beautiful garden. Here, you will take your hands-on cooking classes taught by our Sicilian chef, who will guide you through the making of extraordinary dishes with intense taste and flavours.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
The meeting point is in Catania Fontanarossa Airport, where will offer a complimentary group transfer at a scheduled departure time in the afternoon. Our drivers will meet you and all the guest participants at the arrivals and take you to our venues in Modica. For the drop off, our drivers will take you to Catania Airport in the morning.

If you are flying from the US, Canada, Australia, we advise to fly directly to Rome or Milan for a stopover. You can then book a direct flight to Catania Airport in Sicily.​​
